KEZIA LEWIS

Kezia is a Scottish Jamaican artist, designer, collaborator and facilitator. Her background in printed textile design deeply informs Kezia’s art practice. Creating distinctive collage artworks, playing intuitively with colour, pattern and form, Kezia takes inspiration from everyday scenes, curated spaces, nature and people to explore themes of identity, memory, place and belonging. Recent work includes: co-curator, designer and artist for ‘Windrush Legacy Creative Reflections’ at the Museum of Edinburgh (2023-2024); workshop facilitator for Museum of Edinburgh (2022) and City Art Centre (2023); book cover for ‘Time Cleaves Itself’ by Jeda Pearl published by Peepal Tree Press (2024) and most recently Kezia is proud to be an Awardee of the We Are Here Creators’ Fund+ (2024).
