Below is a list of community groups, organisations and resources across Scotland doing important work with and for our communities. Some offer direct support, some offer solidarity, some are places to gather. Save this list and feel free to share it. If there's someone you think should be on here, let us know. Scottish BPOC Writers Network A network supporting Black and POC writers across Scotland through workshops, opportunities and community.https://scottishbpocwritersnetwork.org
Project X Glasgow-based Black and PoC-led platform championing dance of the African and Caribbean Diaspora, with regular calls, events and programmes worth knowing about.

They facilitate skills and resource sharing, partnership and networking opportunities for creatives across the city. Membership offers training, access to events and collaboration opportunities. Listen Gallery is Scotland's only dedicated sound arts gallery, specialising in sound arts and listening activities. Founded by Riah Naief, it's an artist-run, non-profit space hosting workshops, performances, exhibitions and screenings. UBelong is a multilingual platform featuring BPOC, queer and disabled creatives, founded by Esraa Husain. They host regular events, performance opportunities and community gatherings. Exhale.group creates safe spaces for QTIPOC+ (Queer, Trans and Intersex People of Colour) to dream, explore and connect. Founded in 2022, they run peer-led gatherings, creative workshops and community events, with work that explicitly centres identity, culture and care. www.exhale.group @exhale.group on InstagramESEA Creatives A network for East and South East Asian creatives across the UK, with a growing presence in Scotland, offering community, opportunities and visibility for ESEA artists and cultural workers.
