We Are Here is a Community Interest Company with the aim to amplify the voices of BPoC (Black People and People of Colour), in particular, artists and creatives who reside in Scotland with opportunities to share their work, connect with each other, and have their voices heard within the wider creative communities. 

We’re a volunteer organisation passionate about addressing inequities in the creative sector but that does not mean you can ask us for unpaid labour. As such, we reserve the right to not accept the following requests:

• Brain picking AKA free consulting requests.

• Requests for free labour of any kind (this includes the emotional labour of being asked to educate you for free)

• If you’d like us to share or promote your opportunities, our rates start at £50 per single post.**

• If you’d like support on how to make your initiative/programme/organisation more inclusive, our consulting rates start at £100 an hour.

We will not use our platform to promote organisations or individuals who don’t align with our mandate, values and principles.
